Serial readout, run 20081202

In serial mode, the resolution stays good:

The noise seen in sparse is due to common mode:

There is a little change in gain (shift of mean for 0.01/400 ~ 0.5 ADC for peak at 250):

Equality of pedestals can be inferred from raw data comparison in serial/sparse mode. The square brackets show gaussian fit intervals & I cite the estimated peak. Error ~ 0.1 ADC count. This is for a typical channel. I didn't change the threshold!
